Rustic Touch Creations is Jeff and Nikki, working out of Gresford in the Hunter Valley. Everything is drawn and cut to order by the two of us, so nothing is imported and nothing sits on a shelf waiting for you to buy it.
We started Rustic Touch Creations in 2019, working from home and selling to locals around Gresford. Word got around, we started selling online, and before long it was what we did full time.
It is still just the two of us. Jeff is out in the workshop drawing and cutting. Nikki looks after everything else.
Most of what we cut is corten rusting steel, which weathers to a deep orange and then holds that colour for decades outside. Painted is the next most common. Our work has gone right across Australia and over to New Zealand: war memorials and RSL displays, pet memorials, portraits cut from photographs, and property signs standing at farm gates.

01 · Send us a photo
The dog, the ute, the property name
A photo or a rough drawing is enough to get started. Let us know roughly what size you're after and we'll price it up.
02 · We draw it up
You see it before we cut
We'll send the design through. Change anything you like, the wording, the dates, the shape of it.
03 · We cut it
Usually within the week
We'll send a photo when it's finished. Then it's delivered to you, or you can pick it up from Gresford.

Before you ask

Do you deliver?
Yes, right across Australia and to New Zealand. Smaller pieces go by parcel and the cost is worked out at the checkout. Anything too big for a box travels by freight. Get in touch and we'll quote it before you commit to anything.
Can I pick up?
Absolutely. We're at Gresford, New South Wales. Choose pick up at the checkout or give us a ring to arrange a time. You're welcome to have a look at what's made up while you're here.
Do you do custom designs?
That's most of what we do. Send us a photo or an idea and a rough size, and we'll give you a price. See our Custom Orders page for how it works.
Do I get to see it before you make it?
Always. We send you the artwork for every custom piece before anything is cut, without exception. Nothing goes near the plasma until you've approved it.
What steel do you use?
Mostly corten rusting steel, which weathers to a deep orange brown and lasts decades outdoors with no maintenance. Painted is the next most common, with a metal primer undercoat and two top coats of metal shield. A few budget garden pieces are cut from corrugated iron.
How long does it take?
Usually around a week for most pieces, sometimes as little as a day or two. Bigger or more detailed work takes longer and we'll tell you up front.
