Shipping policy

We send our work right across Australia, and over to New Zealand as well.

How long it takes

Most pieces are made to order. Once your order is confirmed, allow around one week for us to make it, plus transit time. Larger or more detailed pieces can take longer, and we will always tell you up front if that is the case.

Smaller pieces

Anything under a metre goes with Australia Post. Postage is calculated at the checkout.

Large pieces

Bigger work travels by freight, and the cost depends on the size, the weight and where it is going. For these, get in touch and we will get a freight quote for you before you commit to anything. We would rather give you a real number than guess and have either of us out of pocket.

Pick up

You are welcome to collect from us at Gresford. Just choose pick up at the checkout, or give us a ring to arrange a time. We are happy to have a chat and show you around.

New Zealand orders

We post to New Zealand. Any duties or taxes charged on arrival are yours to pay. Larger pieces are quoted for freight the same way they are here.

Packing

Steel is heavy and it has edges. We pack every piece properly for the trip. If something does arrive damaged, photograph it before unpacking further and contact us straight away.
