Yes, right across Australia and to New Zealand. Smaller pieces go with Australia Post and postage is calculated at the checkout. Larger pieces travel by freight — get in touch and we'll get you a quote before you commit.

Always. We send you the artwork for every custom piece before anything is cut, without exception. Nothing goes near the plasma until you've approved it.

Mostly corten rusting steel. It arrives raw and grey, weathers to a deep orange-brown over a few months outside, and then holds that colour for decades with no maintenance.

Painted is the next most common — a metal primer undercoat and two top coats of metal shield. Tell us the colour you're after and we'll price it.

A few budget garden pieces are cut from corrugated iron, which keeps the ripple so the piece reads differently depending on where the light is coming from.

We have standard sizes on most pieces, but we can make just about any size you need. If you want something specific, just ask.

It depends on the piece. Smaller work is 1.6mm, life-size free-standing silhouettes and bench seats go up to 4mm, and the majority of what we cut is 2mm.

Usually around a week for most pieces, sometimes as little as a day or two. Bigger or more detailed work takes longer and we'll tell you up front.

On custom work, yes. It covers the design and drafting time and gets you into the queue. The balance is due when the piece is finished.
